Chairman Barnhart will continue <br />discussions with municipa! officials regarding areas of possible consolidation. <br /> <br />Discussion of Requested Right-of-Way Agreement between Cabarrus County and Duke <br />Power Company ' <br /> <br /> Mr. Hartsell reviewed the requested relocation of the Duke Power right-of- <br />way to serve the public housing facility to be built by the City of Concord on <br />property behind the Gabarrus County Health Department. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Casper, seconded by Commissioner Mills and <br />unanimously carried, the Board authorized the execution of the Right of Way <br />Agreement (Parcel No. 58~49, Project No. 62(N.0.) between Cabarrus County and <br />Duke Power Company subject to the conclusion of the ten-day notice periOd for the <br />exchange. <br /> <br />Appointments Parks and Recreation Commission (4) <br /> <br /> The Board received the resignation of Mr. Michael Phillips as the Township <br />1/2 representative on the Parks and Recreation Commission.
