There was a general consensus to this recommendation. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Fennel and <br />unanimously carried, the Board appointed the following members to the Home and <br />Community Care Block Grant Committee as recommended with the addition of <br />Commissioner Casper as the Commissioner member.
