Ruth Street, Sericea Drive and a New Section of Tyler Road) and Partial <br />Abandonment of a Road (Portion of Tyler Road due to Reali~nment> <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Niblock and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the addition of the following roads to <br />the State road system for maintenance: Ferrell Place, Blackjack Oak Court, J. <br />Ruth Street, Sericea Drive and a new section (0.49 mile) of Tyler Road. Further, <br />the Board approved the abandonment of a portion (0.53 feet) of Tyler Road due to <br />an alignment change. <br /> <br />Appointment of a Gabarrus County Workforce Development Partnership <br /> <br /> Commissioner Fennel added the name of Mr. Sal Anthony Corrente to the <br />listing of individuals to be appointed to the Workforce Development Partnership. <br />There were no objections to this addition. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Niblock and <br />unanimously carried, the Board appointed the following individuals to a Cabarrus <br />County Workforce Development Partnership.
