No comments were received and the County will <br />proceed with the sale of this property to the City of Concord. <br /> <br />Water & Sewer District Meeting <br /> <br /> Chairman Barnhart recessed the meeting until the conclusion of the meeting <br />of the Water and Sewer District. <br /> <br /> Chairman Barnhart reconvened the meeting of the Board of Commissioners. <br /> <br />Economic Outlook Conference Announcement <br /> <br /> Commissioner Fennel announced that the Economic Outlook Conference will be <br />held at the Speedway Club on Thursday, February 9. Mr. William H. Grigg, <br />Chairman and CEO of Duke Power, will be the featured speaker. <br /> <br />Rabies Information <br /> <br /> Mr. Witherspoon commented on the rabies case which had been confirmed in <br />Cabarrus County during the past week. A rabid skunk had been found at the home <br />of Commissioner Casper's daughter on Irish Potato Road.
