379 <br /> <br />Closed Session <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Fennel and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into closed session pursuant to G.S. <br />143-318.11 (a)(4) to discuss a matter relative to the location and expansion of <br />a business in Cabarrus County. <br /> <br />Commissioner Olio-Mills left the meeting during the closed session. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Fennel and <br />unanimously carried, the closed session was adjourned. <br /> <br />No action was reported from the closed session. <br /> <br />Recess of Meeting <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman Barnhart <br />recessed the meeting at 10:15 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. on Monday, April 10, 1995, in <br />the Tax Assessor's Conference Room. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
