Barnhart <br />Vice-Chairman: Arne L. Fennel <br />Commissioners: Sue B. Casper <br /> Dr. Franklin C. Ntblock, Jr. <br /> Kenneth Olio-Mills <br /> <br /> Also present were Mr. John V.
