534 <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, there <br />are no other agreements, covenants, representations, <br />understandings or warranties of the parties hereto which <br />contradict, are inconsistent with or supplement the <br />terms hereof. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in <br />accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />This Agreement may be amended, modified in whole or in' <br />part or terminated only by an agreement in writing <br />executed by the parties hereto pursuant to resolutions <br />of their governing boards approving such amendment and <br />authorizing its execution. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />This Agreement shall take effect upon the later of the <br />dates of execution by the parties hereto pursuant to <br />resolutions of their governing boards approving this <br />Agreement and authorizing its execution. <br /> <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cabarrus County has executed this <br />Agreement this 5th day of September, 1995, and WSACC has executed <br />this Agreement this 17 day of August, 1995. <br /> <br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BY: <br /> <br />Jeffrey L.
