She requested no action by the Board at this time. Chairman Barnhart expressed concern regarding problems with the State providing needed information for staff to update the Urban Area Transportation Plan. The Board by consensus agreed to forward a letter to the Department of Transportation expressing these concerns. W~ter and Sewer District Meeting Chairman Barnhart recessed the meeting until the conclusion of the Water and Sewer District Meeting. Chairman Barnhart reconvened the meeting of the Board of Commissioners. Discussion on District Representation Commissioner Olio-Mills asked to table the district representation discussion until the next meeting. INFORMAL PUBLIC COMMENTS Chairman Barnhart opened the meeting for Informal Public Comments. Mr. Ron Madsen, representing the Weddington Road Coalition of Neighborhoods, presented copies of a "Resolution on the Future of Weddington Road" which he stated contained the signatures of 1,090 residents of that area.
