Alston, Chair Jeff Barnhart, Chair <br />Cabarrus County Board of Education Cabarrus County Commissioners <br /> <br />INFORMAL PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br /> Chairman Barnhart opened the meeting for Informal Public Comments. <br /> <br /> Ms. Rene Robinson, resident of 3149 Simmons Street in Kannapolis and former <br />Program Coordinator at the Cabarrus County Senior Center, presented a petition <br />which she stated included the following three requests: (1) Replace Commissioner <br />Sue Casper as the Commissioner liaison to the Department of Aging; (2) Replace <br />the Department of Aging Director with an individual who will represent the <br />seniors' best interests and allow full utilization of the Senior Center as it was <br />intended. (3) Join the other 90 plus citizens in requesting the reinstatement of <br />Renee Robinson as Program Coordinator at the Senior Center. <br /> <br /> <br />
