Pilkington, Health Director, to join <br />them in executive session. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carpenter, seconded by Chairman Barnhart and <br />unanimously carried, the executive session was adjourned. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carpenter, seconded by Chairman Barnhart and <br />unanimously carried, the Board authorized Dr. William F.
