Comments have been received from the updated <br />Environmental Assessment and issuance of the EA/NPDES Permit is anticipated in <br />mid-June. The advertisement for bids will be made by May 10, 1994 for a bid date <br />of June 15, 1994. Construction can begin in July after project funding <br />requirements are met. <br /> <br />Water and Sewer District Meeting <br /> <br /> Chairman Barnhart recessed the meeting until the conclusion of the Water <br />and Sewer District meeting. <br /> <br />Chairman Barnhart reconvened the meeting of the Board of Commissioners. <br /> <br />INFORMAL PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Chairman Barnhart opened the meeting for Informal Public Comments. <br /> <br /> Ms. Marilyn Barnhardt opposed the proposed Regional Sports Complex and <br />stated in her opinion the first priority of County funding should be for the <br />schools. <br /> <br /> There was no one else present who wished to address the Board, and Chairman <br />Barnhart closed that portion of the meeting. <br /> <br />Recess of Meeting <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman Barnhart <br />recessed the meeting at 8:40 P.M. until 8:30 A.M. on Saturday, May 7, 1994, for <br />the third quarterly report session. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
