Gallimore who conducted the auction last year. <br /> <br /> UPON HOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Fennel and <br />unanimously carried, the Board by resolution declared the following property as <br />surplus to the needs of Cabarrus County and authorized the sale of the listed <br />items by public auction on Wednesday, November 2, 1994, at 10:00 A.M. at the Fair <br />Grounds Exhibit Hall.
