333 <br /> <br />Condolences to the Holbrook Family <br /> <br /> Commissioner Payne expressed the Board's condolences to the Harold Holbrook <br />family on the recent death of their son. Mr. Holbrook is a member of the <br />Kannapolis City Council and a member of the Water and Sewer Authority of Cabarrus <br />County. <br /> <br />Executive Session <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Casper, seconded by Commissioner Barnhart and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into executive session to discuss <br />matters relating to the location or expansion of industries or other businesses <br />in the county. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Casper and <br />unanimously carried, the executive session was adjourned. <br /> <br /> No action was reported from the executive session. <br /> <br />Recess of Meeting <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Fennel, seconded by Commissioner Casper and <br />unanimously carried, the meeting was recessed at 10:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on <br />Wednesday, June 23, 1993. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
