400 <br /> <br />INFORMAL PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br /> Chairman Carpenter opened the meeting for informal public comments. <br /> <br /> Mr. Jim Martin recognized Ms. Annie Black Vanderburg who was present for <br />the meeting. Ms. Vanderburg will celebrate her 99th birthday on November 27, <br />1993. <br /> <br /> Chairman Carpenter closed the informal public comments portion of the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Closing Remarks <br /> <br /> Chairman Carpenter thanked the residents of Midland for attending the <br />meeting and assured them that the County will continue its efforts to provide <br />water and sewer in the Midland area. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 9:25 P.M. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
