425 <br /> <br />INFORMAL PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Chairman Carpenter opened the meeting for Informal Public Comments. <br /> <br /> Mr. Sherrill Laney of Kannapolis suggested that the County utilize <br />vocational program students to assist with the construction of the facility at <br />Frank Liske Park for the Parks and Recreation Department. <br /> <br /> There was no one else present to address the Board, and Chairman Carpenter <br />closed the public comments section of the meeting. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhart, seconded by Chairman Carpenter and <br />unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned at 11:58 A.M. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
