480 <br /> <br />Request for December 20 Agenda <br /> <br /> Commissioner Carpenter asked that the December 20th agenda include an item <br />regarding the expansion of the automation and simplification program implemented <br />by th~ Department of Social Services to all County departments. <br /> <br />Executive Session - Land Acquisition and Pending Litigation <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Fennel and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into executive session to discuss <br />possible land acquisition and pending litigation. The Board invited Mr. Charles <br />Meeker, Mr. David Terry, Mr. Terry Rowland, Mr. Paul Watson, and Mr. Henry <br />Waldroup to join the Board in executive session. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Fennel, seconded by Commissioner Carpenter and <br />unanimously carried, the executive session was adjourned. <br /> <br />No action was reported from the executive session. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 10:20 P.M. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
