Waters; thence with the line of Alonzo J. Waters, S. <br />74-48-44 E., 188.85 feet to an existing iron pipe, a corner of <br />Waters and Smith; thence with Smith's line, S. 87-36-33 E., 489.89 <br />feet to the BEGINNING, containing 33.63 acres, more or less, as <br />surveyed and platted by Concord Engineering & Surveying, Inc.
