Witherspoon <br /> <br /> Commissioner Barnhart introduced discussion of the budget amendment for <br />the Department of Aging and the use of lapsed salary funds for computer <br />equipment. The Board by consensus agreed that it was the Board's intent that <br />other funds could not be used during the budget year for items denied during the <br />budget process.
