Funds <br />available for Fiscal Year 1992-93 totaled $537,369.00 and included funds for the <br />paving of six rural and three subdivision roads and for installing a flasher <br />light at the intersection of Miami Church Road and Cold Springs Road. Mr. <br />Gordon noted that the roads were last rated in 1989 and would be rated again by <br />the State in January, 1993. <br /> The Board by consensus set the public hearing for the final presentation <br />of the Secondary Roads Program on Monday, May 4, 1992, at 7:00 P.M. <br /> Mr. Richard Russell, Director of Management Information Systems, reported <br />that problems had occurred in 1989 regarding the work specified in the cadastral <br />mapping contract with Westinghouse Landmark.
