the Recall Bill which had been introduced last year be included in the
legislative goals package along with a bill regarding the acquisition of rights
of way for planned roads. These goals will be prepared in a notebook for
presentation to the local legislators. Also, the Board asked Mr. Witherspoon to
schedule a date for the commissioners, the governing boards of the
municipalities, and the school boards to meet with the local legislators prior
to the beginning of the short session in May.
