Carpenter, Chairperson, Cabarrus <br />County Board of Commissioners, do hereby proclaim the week of May <br />11 - 15, 1992 as <br /> NURSING HOME WEEK IN CABARRUS COUNTY <br />and call upon all our citizens to recognize the important services <br />provided by nursing homes and to participate in the special <br />activities planned in celebration of the event. <br /> This the 4th day of May, 1992. <br /> <br /> /s/ Carolyn B.
