Institute a sliding fee scale in Adult Wellness Clinic with <br /> $20 as full charge using the Family Planning Fee Scale. <br />2. Decrease charge for blood pressure checks in General Clinic <br /> from $3.00 to $1.00. <br />3. Provide pregnancy tests to teens at no charge to encourage <br /> early acknowledgement of pregnancy. <br />4. Charge Cabarrus County Jail for tests done on inmates. <br />5. Pilkington, Health Director, reported that the Board of <br />Health would be considering a revised Animal Control Ordinance at its meeting <br />on May 28.
