<br /> This AGREEMENT is made and entered into effective the 6th day of July,
<br />1992, by and between the MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE OF THE CABARRUS COUNTY
<br />ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, INC. (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the
<br />"Cabarrus MLS"), party of the first part, and the COUNTY OF CABARRUS (hereinafter
<br />sometimes referred to as "the County), party of the second part.

<br /> WHEREAS, the County, in furtherance of its ad valorem taxing authority,
<br />compiles certain data in support of the levying of said taxes, such data being
