62 <br /> <br />Dinner with Piedmont Area Mental Health Board <br /> <br /> The Board accepted an invitation from Dr. Robert Lorish, Piedmont Area <br />Mental Health Director, to have dinner with the Mental Health Board at 5:00 P.M. <br />on September 21, 1992. <br /> <br />Health Department Additional Fees for Health Department Physician Provided <br />Services to Health Department Patients <br /> <br /> In response to concerns expressed by Commissioner Barnhart at the August <br />3rd meeting, Dr. William F.
