91 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the Board appointed Ms. Martha Macon, Mr. Louis Jenkins and <br />Mr. Wayne Trexler to the Human Services Task Force as recommended and appointed <br />Dr. David Lockhart as a physician representative to the Task Force. Members of <br />the Task Force will serve until such time as their work is completed. The Board <br />further directed the Task Force Chairman and County Manager to set up a meeting <br />as soon as possible. <br /> <br />E911 Communications <br /> <br /> Chairman Carpenter thanked all who had worked to implement Egll which <br />became operational on October 1, 1992. She paid special recognition to the <br />Cabarrus County Sheriff's Department, County Planning and Zoning, Concord <br />Planning and Zoning, Concord Police, Kannapolis Police, Concord Telephone <br />Company, volunteer fire departments, and the municipalities of Concord, <br />Kannapolis, Harrisburg and Mt.
