<br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Barnhart and
<br />unanimously carried, the Board authorized the Finance Director, as a part of
<br />normal accounting procedures, to authorize write-offs of receivables that are
<br />considered uncollectible. Those receivables to be deemed uncollectible include
<br />property taxes over ten (10) years old and receivables for water and sewer and
<br />ambulance. The Board further directed that the Finance Director submit an
<br />annual report to the Board within thirty (30) days of all write-offs.
<br /> Ms. Angela Ferguson, Director of Aging, reported that the following bids
<br />were received on April 3, 1991, for the Cabarrus County Title III-C Congregate
<br />Nutrition Program. She recommended the award of the contract to the low bidder.

<br />meals for the Cabarrus County Title III-C Congregate Nutrition Program to the
<br />low bidder, Consolidated Coin Caterers Corporation, at a total per meal cost of
<br />$2.1498.

<br />as the GRANTORS, and the DEPARTMENT of TRANSPORTATION, an agency of
<br />the State of North Carolina, hereinafter referred as the DEPARTMENT;
