Ail mobile homes are required to have a permit to locate in Cabarrus <br />County. This permit fee shall be $45.00, which includes the electrical and <br />plumbing hook-up charges. In addition, a plumbing permit fee of $15.00 shall <br />be assessed on all new spaces for all mobile homes. <br /> 15.
