151 <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Chairman Simmons, seconded by Commissioner Hamby to <br />approve the Home Health Budget as recommended with the deletion of the postage <br />machine and mobile telephones. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Hamby with <br />Commissioners Payne, Hamby, and Carpenter voting for and Chairman Simmons and <br />Commissioner Barnhart voting against, the Board voted to amend the previous <br />motion to approve the recommended Home Health budget with the deletion of the <br />postage meter at a cost of $2,190.00. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Simmons, seconded by Commissioner Hamby and <br />unanimously carried, the Board adopted the motion as amended to approve the Home <br />Health budget as recommended with the deletion of the postage meter at a cost <br />of $2,190.00. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Simmons, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into executive session to consult <br />with the County Attorney relative to property acquisition. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Hamby and <br />unanimously carried, the executive session was terminated. No report was filed on the executive session. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Simmons, seconded by Commissioner Barnhart and <br />unanimously carried, the Board agreed to separate the Personnel budget from the <br />County Manager's budget and to assign the new clerical position for the typing <br />pool to Personnel. Other salaries to be included in this budget include the <br />salary for the Personnel Director and one-half the salary for the current <br />Administrative Secretary position. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Simmons, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved one-half of the Clerk's salary from the <br />County Manager's budget to the budget for the Board of Commissioners. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the recommended Recreation budget with <br />the following changes: Reduce Printing and Binding (Line Item 320) to <br />$6,500.00; Reduce Uniforms (Line Item 340) to $2,000.00; Reduce Automotive <br />Supplies (Line Item 345) to $4,000.00; Reduce Travel (Line Item 610) to <br />$8,500.00; and Reduce Dues and Subscriptions (Line Item 630) to $1,700.00. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Simmons, seconded by Commissioner Barnhart and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the Recreation Revenue Budget along with <br />the associated fee schedules as recommended. <br /> <br /> FRANK LISKE PARK <br />RESERVATION POLICY AND FEES AND CHARGES <br /> <br /> PARK HOURS <br />APRIL 1 - OCTOBER 31 <br />Monday-Saturday - 8:00am - lO:00pm <br /> <br />Sunday - 12:00noon - 10:OOpm <br /> <br /> RESERVATION TIME PERIODS <br />APRIL 1 - OCTOBER 31 <br />Monday - Saturday - 8:00am - ll:OOam <br /> 12:00 noon - 3:00pm <br /> 4:00pm - 8:00pm <br />Sunday - 12:00 noon - 3:00pm <br /> 4:00pm - 8:00pm <br /> <br /> NOVEMBER 1 - MARCH 31 <br />Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm <br />Saturday & Sunday-12:00noon-6:00pm <br /> <br /> NOVEMBER 1 MARCH 31 <br />Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm <br />Saturday & Sunday-12:OOnoon - 6:00pm <br /> <br />RESERVATION POLICY <br /> <br />**ALL PICNIC FACILITIES WILL NOT BE RENTED TO ONE GROUP OR ORGANIZATION ON THESE <br />LEGAL HOLIDAYS - MEMORIAL DAY, LABOR DAY, AND JULY 4TH. <br /> <br />Charge of $15.00 per hour per each facility after hours. <br /> <br />Resident/Non Resident status is determined for an organization or business <br />according to the location of that organization or business. For an individual <br />or family it is based on the address of individual making the reservation. <br /> <br />Groups will be limited to 1,500 people. There will be an additional charge of <br />$37.50 per 100 people per reservation period for all over 500. (Maximum charge <br />of $468.75) <br /> <br />Groups of 400 - 499 people will be required to rent: the entire barn (Upper <br />level, Lower level, Shed I and Shed II), Arbor, Group Sites 2, 3, & 4. <br /> <br /> <br />
