151 <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Chairman Simmons, seconded by Commissioner Hamby to <br />approve the Home Health Budget as recommended with the deletion of the postage <br />machine and mobile telephones. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Hamby with <br />Commissioners Payne, Hamby, and Carpenter voting for and Chairman Simmons and <br />Commissioner Barnhart voting against, the Board voted to amend the previous <br />motion to approve the recommended Home Health budget with the deletion of the <br />postage meter at a cost of $2,190.00. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Simmons, seconded by Commissioner Hamby and <br />unanimously carried, the Board adopted the motion as amended to approve the Home <br />Health budget as recommended with the deletion of the postage meter at a cost <br />of $2,190.00. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Simmons, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into executive session to consult <br />with the County Attorney relative to property acquisition. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Hamby and <br />unanimously carried, the executive session was terminated. No report was filed on the executive session. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Simmons, seconded by Commissioner Barnhart and <br />unanimously carried, the Board agreed to separate the Personnel budget from the <br />County Manager's budget and to assign the new clerical position for the typing <br />pool to Personnel. For an individual <br />or family it is based on the address of individual making the reservation. <br /> <br />Groups will be limited to 1,500 people. There will be an additional charge of <br />$37.50 per 100 people per reservation period for all over 500. (Maximum charge <br />of $468.75) <br /> <br />Groups of 400 - 499 people will be required to rent: the entire barn (Upper <br />level, Lower level, Shed I and Shed II), Arbor, Group Sites 2, 3, & 4. <br /> <br /> <br />
