<br />Cabarrus County Senior Center Capital Project Ordinance as adopted
<br />on September 17, 1990, be approved:

<br /> The Board deferred appointments to the following advisory boards and
<br />committees until after an executive session to discuss the applicants: Cabarrus
<br />Utilities Board, Harrisburg Planning and Zoning Board/Board of Adjustment,
<br />Concord Planning and Zoning Commission, Region F Aging Advisory Council,
<br />Gentraltna Development Corporation, Inc., Centralina Private Industry Council,
<br />and Region F Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council.
<br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Simmons, seconded by Commissioner Hamby and
<br />unanimously carried, the Board reappointed Ms. Derelle Kiser as Gabarrus County
<br />Tax Collector for a term of two years ending June 30, 1993.
<br /> Chairman Simmons recessed the meeting at 8:00 P.M. until the conclusion
<br />of the meeting of the Water and Sewer District.
<br /> Chairman Simmons reconvened the meeting of the Board of Commissioners.
