He delegated the <br />arrangements for this meeting to Commissioners Carpenter and Hamby. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Simmons, seconded by Commissioner Barnhart and <br />unanimously carried, the Board added the proposed By-Laws and Articles of <br />Incorporation for a Water and Sewer Authority to the agenda. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Simmons, seconded by Commissioner Barnhart and <br />unanimously carried, the Board adopted in principle the following By-Laws and <br />Articles of Incorporation for a Water and Sewer Authority. <br /> <br /> <br />
