The patient will schedule an appointment <br />with one of the providers, H & M Medical Clinic and The Radiology Clinic, and <br />present the voucher at the time of the appointment. The provider will deduct <br />the appropriate amount from the patient's bill and charge it to the Health <br />Department. The patient will be responsible for the balance of the bill. <br /> <br /> Dr. William F. Pilkington, Health Director, reviewed the bids which were <br />received for engineering consulting services for a vertical lift at the County <br />Landfill. He noted that only two of the proposals (Law Environmental and HDR) <br />conformed with the minimum requirements specified in the Request for Proposals. <br />The bids were as follows. <br /> <br /> <br />
