At all times during the term of the Release Agreement and <br />at no cost to Cabarrus County or the City of Kannapolis, Rea <br />Construction shall maintain a twelve (12) foot wide gravel drive for <br />the purpose of providing ingress and egress to the City of <br />Kannapolts' raw water pump station; however this drive may be <br />relocated as dictated by construction progress. <br /> 2.
