310 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Hamby and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into executive session to discuss the <br />performance of an independent contractor and for the resolution of pending <br />litigation. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Hamby, seconded by Chairman Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the executive session was terminated.
