359 <br /> <br /> Mr. Paul Watson, Engineer with HDR Engineering, Inc., reported that the <br />public comment period for the Environmental Assessment for the Coddle Creek <br />Reservoir will end on May 14. According to Mr. Watson, the Corps of Engineers <br />will be in a position at that time to review the reports and make a decision <br />relative to the mitigation plan. <br /> Mr. Michael M. Ruffin, County Manager, informed the Board that Cabarrus <br />County had been named in the preliminary siting report by the Hazardous Waste <br />Management Committee for the location of an incinerator site in Cabarrus County. <br />He reported that members of Planning Department staff would be attending a <br />meeting in Raleigh on April 26 relative to the siting process. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Hamby and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into executive session to discuss <br />pending litigation with the County Attorney. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Hamby and <br />unanimously carried, the executive session was adjourned. No action was reported from the executive session. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was <br />adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
