The permit will then be returned to the <br />Wilmington District Office for final authorization by the Corps. In conclusion, <br />Mr. Watson noted that the application for the Section 404 Permit had been <br />submitted to the Corps of Engineers on November 5, 1987. <br /> <br /> <br />
