570 <br /> <br />2,0 Airport Layout Plan (ALP) Drawing Set <br /> This task will result in the establishment of the ALP drawing <br />set for the new Cabarrus County Airport. The drawings will be <br />developed in concert with FAA Advisory Circular AC 150/53300-13, <br />Appendix 7, entitled "Airport Layout Plan Components and <br />Preparation". <br /> The following drawings will be produced: <br /> Airport Layout Drawing <br /> · Terminal Area Drawing. <br /> · Runway Protection Zone Drawing <br /> · Airport Airspace Drawing <br /> · Land Use Drawing <br /> · Airport Property Map <br />3,0 Narrative Report <br /> The Narrative Report will document the reasoning behind and <br />important features of the ALP drawing set. The narrative report <br />will contain the following items: <br /> · Intended Operational Role and Background of the New Airport <br /> · Aeronautical Forecast Summary <br /> · Facility Requirements and Design Standards <br /> · Development Schedule, Cost Estimates and Funding Sources <br /> · Land Use Compatibility Plan <br /> · Height Zoning Ordinance and Map <br />4.0 Cost Proposal <br /> Ail work will be accomplished within a fixed fee budget of <br />$26,504.00.
