Newton, Planning and Zoning Director, stated that Petitions <br />90-10(t) and 90-15 were a result of a study of the AoI zoning district authorized <br />.by the Board of Commissioners on July 23, 1990. He noted that the requested <br />amendments affected 497 property owners and involved the first massive zoning <br />revision since the adoption of the Zoning Ordinance in 1982. Mr. Newton further <br />pointed out two items which had been discovered since the Planning Board meeting. <br />He explained that correspondence from the Planning Department to Philip Morris, <br />U.S.A. had indicated that the company's property which was currently zoned A- <br />I would remain in the A-I zoning district. However, after the Planning Board <br />meeting, staff members had found that one parcel of the company's property had <br /> <br /> <br />
