Field testing, customer inspections, customer witness tests and any other <br />non-standard test procedures are not included unless specifically noted herein. <br />WARRANTY: <br />1. The warranty for Products shall expire one (1) year from first use or eighteen (18) months from delivery, whichever occurs first, <br />except that software is warranted for ninety (90) days from delivery. The warranty for Services shall expire one (1) year after <br />performance of the Service, exceptthat software -related Services are warranted for ninety (90) days. <br />2. Additional 12 months available for 2% adder, 24 months for 4% adder. <br />Limited Warrantyfor all Core/Standard and Stand -Alone Drive Panels (Including 18 Pulse / MultlPulse Panel products <br />but excluding DV300 DC Drives): 36 months from date of shipment. An additional 12 months (a total of 48 months) are <br />available for 10% Net Price adder, or an additional 24 months (the maximum of 60 months) for 20% Net Price adder. Contact <br />GE 1 Stop when order Is placed to Include extended warranty on item(s). DV300 DC Drives have a warranty period of 18 <br />months after shipment only. <br />TERMS OF PAYMENT: <br />All projects are: <br />• Net 30 days <br />• Price Clause 10 <br />• For projects up to $250,000 terms of payment are 100% net 30 days from invoice date. <br />• If project value exceeds $250,000 net, progress payments are required payable at the following milestones: <br />-20% upon delivery of drawings -30% upon release of equipment -Balance due upon shipment <br />POLICIES AND CONDITIONS OF SALE: <br />1. Sales to Authorized GE Distributor: This quotation is offered subject to the Apparatus Distributor Agreement between <br />GE and Distributor. To the extent the Buy American Act, Trade Agreements Act, or other domestic preference requirements are applicable to <br />this Contract, the country of origin of Products is unknown unless otherwise specifically stated by Seller in this Contract. <br />The customer (distributor or direct -served customer, as applicable) warrants that there are no governmental contracting <br />requirements or regulations that apply to this transaction (including without limitation any Federal Acquisition <br />Regulations), other than such terms as have been disclosed to Seller and agreed to by Seller in writing prior to Seller <br />agreeing to this transaction. <br />3. This quotation expires In 30 calendar days unless terminated sooner by notice. <br />4. Order must be released for manufacture within 90 days. If drawings are required they must be returned approved for <br />release within 60 days of mailing. If not, and/or shipment Is delayed for any reason, the price will Increase 1.5% for each <br />partial/full month that shipment is delayed after the 90 -day period. <br />5. Price(s) quoted are for estimated lead-times given: expedited schedule may require additional charges. <br />6. For Branded Products, quotation expires in 30 calendar days unless terminated sooner by notice, <br />If approval drawings are required they must be returned approved for release within 60 days of mailing. If not, and/or <br />shipment Is delayed for any reason beyond 6 months from order entry, the price will be subject to change based on <br />current market conditions. Please contact Branded Product upfront regarding any special commercial terms not covered <br />here for vendor consideration. <br />ORDER CANCELLATION - SCHEDULE OF CHARGES: <br />10% Order received and entered on factory, work not started, material not ordered. <br />30% Drawings for approval submitted. <br />60% Approved drawings returned. Job released for manufacture and shipment. <br />80% Material accumulated and production started. <br />100% - Manufacturing completed. <br />DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION: <br />1.
