Owner experience twenty five (25) years or greater in the automotive work field. <br />Administration <br />Upon contract award, COTS will meet with the Contractor to review procedures for monitoring contract <br />performance. In general, the Contractor shall anticipate that COTS will use standard industry rate publications <br />for cost and performance time guidelines, obtain second opinions of service work at random, and schedule on- <br />site visits with shop management to review service performance. Contract renewal meetings shall be held prior <br />to the end of the contract period expiration. At that time, CCTS will offer a contract extension or may notify the <br />Contractor of its intent not to renew. <br />Contract Cost Adjustments <br />The costs, including the Contractor fees, shall be adjusted for the second and subsequent years of the <br />Contract, prior to the end of the previous contract term. During the Annual Meeting, labor rates and costs of <br />doing business will be reviewed. Changes in labor rates will be negotiated. The Consumer Price Index (CPI) <br />and changes in the Minimum Wage Rate will serve as guides in these discussions I negotiations. <br />Contract Termination <br />With a thirty (30) day written notice, COTS may terminate this contract in whole or in part, for convenience or <br />because of the failure of the Contractor to fulfill the contract obligations. Upon receipt of the notice, the <br />Contractor shall (1) immediately discontinue all services affected (unless the notice directs otherwise), and (2) <br />deliver to COTS all equipment (property of COTS), data, drawings, specifications, reports, estimates, <br />summaries, and other information and materials accumulated in performing this contract, whether completed or <br />in process. <br />Mandatory Insurance Requirements <br />The Contractor shall provide Certificates of Insurance to COTS. Any changes in the coverage of these policies <br />must be communicated sixty (60) days prior to the change. <br />Worker Compensation —Statutory minimum limits: G.S. 97 Workman's Compensation Act requires any <br />employer with employs three or more employees to carry workman's compensation coverage. <br />Employer's liability with a minimum of $100,000 combined single limit per accident, $100,000 each <br />employee for bodily injury by disease and $500,000 policy limit bodily injury by disease. <br />Garage Keeper's Extra Legal Liability: Minimum limits $1,000,000 per occurrence <br />Garage Liability: Minimum limits $1,000,000 per occurrence <br />Commercial General Liability: Minimum $1,000,000 combined single limit of Bodily Injury and Property <br />Damage per occurrence including the fallowing coverage: <br />Contractual Liability, Premises and Operations, Independent Contractors, Completed Operations and <br />Product Liability, Personal Injury <br />Automobile Liability: Minimum $1,000,000 combined single limit of Bodily Injury and Property Damage per <br />occurrence including the following: owned automobiles, hired automobiles, non -hired automobiles <br />County, its agents, officers and employees shall be named as an additional insured. <br />15 <br />Atl chmenl number 1 In <br />F-3 Page 133 <br />
