A list of Cabarrus County KEY PERSONNEL AND SECURITY PLAN <br />RESPONSIBILITIES is found in the section of this document entitled <br />SECURITY PLAN SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS at SECTION 7.1. <br />1.2d. - SERVICE AREA <br />Cabarrus County Transportation serves all of Cabarrus County and other locations within Rowan <br />and Mecklenburg County. Cabarrus County Transportation also partnership with TJ Taxi Service <br />to provide transportation to Durham, Chapel Hill, Winston Salem and many other counties <br />within North Carolina. <br />1.2e. - SERVICE DESIGN <br />Cabarrus County Transportation Service is designed to meet the transportation needs of <br />Cabarrus County citizens. The aim is to promote an independent lifestyle that empowers <br />individuals to overcome transportation barriers by providing safe and reliable transportation to <br />those that are eligible. <br />1.2E -FUNDING SOURCES <br />Funding sources include: <br />DSS19 EDTAP <br />DSS19-CAP 5310 <br />DSS19-FP WFFA <br />RGP <br />DOA1 <br />1.2g. - VEHICLES AND FACILITIES <br />Cabarrus County Transportation Service is located within the Cabarrus County Department of <br />Human Services. All CCTS vehicles are parked in the designated fenced in lot in front of the <br />DHS building. The vehicle fleet consist of 21 wheelchair accessible LTV's. <br />2.
