Kincaid has served the Cabarrus County Public Health Authority Board since <br />June, 2012. June 30, 2018 will mark the end of his second three-year term of office. <br />He served in the capacity of Vice -Chairman to the Board up until August 2017. <br />Mr. Kincaid would like to continue to serve as a Public Member on the Cabarrus <br />County Public Health Authority Board for an additional term and recently submitted <br />his online application for re -appointment. <br />Mr. Kincaid has served our organization extremely well over the past six years. He <br />genuinely cares about the continued success of Public Health in Cabarrus County, and <br />is in -tune and supportive of our employees and their accomplishments. In working <br />with other community leaders or in his capacity as Kannapolis City Council member, <br />he continues to be true and constant advocate for public health. <br />The Cabarrus County Public Health Authority Board unanimously supports the re- <br />appointment of Tom D.
