1.2 CABARRUS COUNTY RESPONSIBILITIES <br />Cabalrus County will assume responsibility for the installation and performance of all other <br />equipment and work necessary for completion of this project that is not provided by Motorola. <br />Cabalrus County general responsibilities include the following: <br />• Provide all buildings, equipment shelters, and towels required for system installation <br />• Coordinate the activities of all Cabarrus County vendors or other contractors. <br />• Remove, relocate or dispose of obsolete communications equipment as required. <br />Motorola has made several assumptions in preparing this proposal, which are noted below. In order to <br />provide a firm quote, Motorola will need to verify all assumptions or seek alternate solutions in the <br />case of invalid assumptions. <br />• All existing sites or equipment locations will have sufficient space available for the system <br />described as required/specified by R56. <br />• All existing sites or equipment locations will have adequate electrical power in the proper phase <br />and voltage and site grounding to support the requirements of the system described. <br />• Any sitellocation upgrades or modifications are the responsibility of Cabarms County. <br />• Approved local, State or Federal permits as may be required for the installation and operation of <br />the proposed equipment are the responsibility of Cabanus County. <br />• Any required system interconnections not specifically outlined here will be provided by Cabarms <br />County These may include dedicated phone circuits, or other types of connectivity. <br />Use or disclosure of this proposal Is subject <br />to the restrlehons on the "don or page. <br />1-2 Table o/Contents <br />Customer Name Long <br />Motorola Solutions Confidential Restricted <br />F-9 Page 212 <br />
