System Acceptance Procedures <br />8.1 Motorola will notify Cabarrus County of work completion and system ready for Cabarrus County Acceptance. <br />8.2 Motorola will complete a site walk through with the Cabanas County to inspect the installation work. A <br />punch list of reasonable deficiencies will be prepared and agreed to by both Motorola and Cabanas <br />County. Punch list items affecting Cabarrus County's traffic will be listed as critical. <br />8.3 Within reasonable time frames Motorola will work to clear the punch list items concentrating on critical <br />items first. <br />8.4 If deemed necessary by the Cabarrus County or Motorola, a final walk through will be completed to <br />verify completion of the punch list items. <br />8.5 Motorola will generate a PCA including the results of equipment tests and end to end systemtests. <br />Cabarrus County will sign PCA acknowledging completion and system Acceptance. <br />8.6 Final System Acceptance occurs when anyone of the following items have been completed: <br />• Cabanas County has taken beneficial use of system; <br />• Installation, test and stun -up of Equipment is complete at all contracted sites; <br />• Tests have been completed and test data provided to the Cabarrus County or <br />• Traffic affecting punch Gat items have been reasonably addressed. <br />SYSTEM TRAFFIC CUTOVER <br />System Traffic Cutover <br />Prepare cutover plan <br />M C <br />X X <br />Schedule cut -over of traffic. Ensure minimal disruption m existing traffic. <br />X <br />Complete cut -over and circuit wiring. <br />X <br />Validate cutover completed successfully with no adverse effect to Customer traffic. <br />X X <br />10 Assumed Site Specific Scope of Work <br />1.1 1. PER SITE <br />1.1.1 Site Work Synopsis: <br />- Transport/deliver all equipment and materials to the site. <br />- Protect the existing facilities in the radio room from damage or unscheduled service interruption <br />Assemble & Install the antenna system: <br />Run and terminate new waveguide run from the microwave dish to the top of the radio rack <br />Path align the new antennas using a path box. <br />Install rack consisting of Wavence (9500 MPR) radios, secured appropriately to the Floor. Ground <br />rack per standards. <br />Install rack grounding from the new rack to the existing building ground. <br />Install DC power plant <br />Power up the new digital equipment for lamp test and appropriate bum -in; configure and/or <br />provision the equipment per Nokia/manufacturer guidelines <br />• Perform the hop tests per Nokia procedure and record the results on Nokia's Wavence (9500 <br />MPR) Test Data sheets; provide copies <br />0 Take Closeout photos <br />❑ Clean the site, remove and appropriately dispose of all trash <br />Day Month Year <br />Use or dscbsure d this proposal's subject <br />to the reaUktbas on the cover page. <br />® Motorola Solutions Confidential Restricted Statement of Work 1-1 <br />F-9 Page 211 <br />
