SellTower Holdings <br />(SellTower) has partnered with PRS Tower Management Services LLC (PRS) to provide a <br />permanent solution to this recurring need that will benefit both the wireless providers and the <br />citizens of Cabarrus County. <br />SellTower Holdings and PRS Tower Management Services <br />SellTower principal, Thomas Doltslager, is a 20+ year wireless industry veteran who managed over <br />16,000 cell sites and founded Alltel Towers during his 14 year tenure at Alltel Communications. <br />More recently, Thomas started up the towers vertical for Uniti Group in 2016/2017 which now <br />owns over 1,000 communications towers. SellTower is a certified Veteran Owned Business. <br />PRS is aleading tower management and services company serving both telecom and government <br />customers in North Carolina for over twenty years. PRS principal, Sylvie Langevin, is among the top <br />wireless industry professionals and is a trusted advisor to both local Jurisdictions and wireless <br />carriers. PRS is a HUB Certified - Historically Underutilized Business (Women Owned). <br />The legal entity that will own the cell tower asset and contract with Cabarrus County tower is <br />Ozark Wireless Infrastructure, LLC ("Ozark'). Ozark is the asset holding company that is a joint <br />venture between SellTower and its funding partner, View Capital Advisors, LLC of Dallas, Texas <br />(h1W,//www.view-caV.cqrog0. View Capital currently manages <br />over $1.2 billion in assets and started its telecom infrastructure <br />investment platform in early 2017. <br />Proposed Site <br />As demonstrated by the recurring need for wireless providers to employ temporary towers for <br />every major event at the Cabarrus Convention Center, the wireless providers need a permanent <br />wireless coverage solution at this location.
