Non-compliance of grantee duties will result in an immediate suspension of existing <br />Agency grant funding, and the Grantee shall be ineligible for further Agency grants until <br />the noncompliance is corrected and the Agency has acknowledged the correction and the <br />Grantee is in good standing. The Agency shall use the following guidance in placing a <br />Grantee in non-compliance: <br />ADFP Trust Fund Grantee Eligibility Classification <br />ADFP grantees are classified by the following guidance. <br />Classification <br />Grant Contract / Monitoring Status <br />Eligibility Status <br />Green <br />All budget, progress and monitoring <br />No restrictions. <br />reports on file and up to date with no <br />incidents noted on the SOFL of other <br />Department grant tracking forms. <br />Yellow <br />Having a late budget, progress or <br />All grant payments and proposed grant <br />monitoring report in the previous <br />contracts frozen until reports filed and <br />reporting period and with no incidents <br />approved. Please <br />see NCDA&CS ADFP grant contracts for required reports and schedule t0 submit. <br />12. Extensions to the contract due to hardship may be allowed. All extension requests must <br />be filed in writing to the ADFP Trust Fund office no later than 60 days prior to the <br />termination of the contract. <br />13.
