Failure to submit the certification <br />or failure to make required corrections shall because to deny a floodplain development permit. <br />(li) An Elevation Certificate (FEMA Form 096-0-33) is required after the reference level is established. Within <br />seven (7) calendar days of establishment of the reference level elevation, it shall he the duty of the permit <br />holder to submit to the Floodplain Administrator a certification ofthe elevation of the reference level, in <br />relation to NAVD 1999. Any work done within the seven (7) day calendar period and prior to submission <br />of the certification shall he at the permit holders risk.
