December 18, 2017 (Regular Meeting) Page 3405 <br />Staff respectfully requests that Susie Morris, Planning and Zoning Manager <br />be appointed as the Cabarrus County TCC representative and that Phil Collins, <br />Senior Planner be appointed as the alternate representative. <br />The Board of Commissioners will also need to appoint, or reappoint, a <br />commission member to serve on the TAC, along with an alternate. No <br />action was required of the Board. <br />(I-3) County Manager - Monthly New Development Report <br />The Board received the Monthly New Development Report for informational <br />purposes. No action was required of the Board. <br />(I-4) Economic Development Corporation - November 2017 Monthly Summary <br />The Board received the Cabarrus Economic Development Corporation (EDC) <br />monthly report for the month of November as part of the Agenda. No action was <br />required of the Board. <br />(I-5) Finance - Monthly Financial Update <br />The Board received the monthly financial update for informational <br />purposes.
