<br />With there being no one else to address the Board, Chairman Morris closed
<br />the public hearing.
<br />Commissioner Kiger MOVED to adopt the Cabarrus County Budget Ordinance
<br />for the General Fund, Cabarrus Arena and Events Center Fund, Landfill Fund, 911
<br />Emergency Telephone Fund, Health and Dental Insurance Fund and the Workers
<br />Compensation and Liability Fund for FY 19. Vice Chairman Honeycutt seconded the
<br />motion.
<br />Following discussion, the MOTION carried with Chairman Morris, Vice
<br />Chairman Honeycutt, and Commissioners Kiger and Shue voting for, and
<br />Commissioner Poole voting against.

<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Cabarrus County, North
<br />Carolina:

<br />The following amounts, listed by fund, are hereby appropriated as the estimated
<br />revenues and expenditure appropriations for the operation and maintenance of
<br />the County's various governmental activities, debt obligations and capital
<br />outlay purchases during the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2018 and ending June
<br />30, 2019:
