She has served on this Board <br />since 2014. <br />UPON NOTION of Commissioner Kiger, seconded by Commissioner Shue and <br />unanimously carried, the Board removed Betty Babb from the Cardinal Innovations <br />Healthcare Solutions Community Oversight Board and thanked her for her services. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Shue, seconded by Vice Chairman Honeycutt and <br />unanimously carried, the Board appointed Paula Yost to the Cardinal Innovations <br />Healthcare Solutions Community Oversight Board to complete an unexpired term <br />ending July 31, 2020. <br />(H-5) Appointments and Removals - Harrisburg Fire Advisory Board <br />Kenny Long has resigned from his position on the Harrisburg Fire Advisory <br />Board. It is requested to remove his name from the roster. He has served on <br />this Board since 2013. <br />An application has been received from Matthew Stiene.
