I urge you to not begin construction on the <br />house until we can ensure that it will not violate the Waterbody Buffer Zone and the permit is <br />restored. You mentioned that you have had two surveys performed on the property so far and have <br />consulted with surveyors on the extent of the buffer, so I am hoping that this can be resolved <br />quickly. <br /> <br />While I imagine this is disappointing news, we thought it was important to give you as much warning <br />possible before we take the more formal actions described above.
